This is Cecilla from Regina. She wanted to start her own care facility for senior patients but needed financing for the construction. You can see the facility is now finished and looking marvelous! Cecilla repaid her loan and shared some nice words about her experience with us at Moskowitz Capital.

This project completed construction and successfully rented out the units in mid-May.
The $2,111,500 construction loan was repaid this year when the borrowers secured traditional financing from a bank.
Parksville BC | 3 Multi-Family Homes
The borrower was able to rent out these units once construction was completed. They later went on to sell these units to an investment group and repaid their loan in full.
