BRIAN MOSKOWITZ, MBA
Brian is from Toronto, ON. He graduated from University of Toronto with a B.Sc. and then obtained his MBA from Dalhousie University in Halifax, NS, starting his career at Roynat Capital Inc., Canada’s largest term lender and merchant bank. At the age of 29 he co-managed a $30 million subordinated debt real estate. Then, from scratch, in 2002, Brian founded Moskowitz Capital employing the principles of being a “common sense” lender. He believes “people” pay you back not the “buildings” and has combined traditional credit methods, storybook lending and grass roots marketing to achieve exceptional results for his top performing mortgage fund of 16 years.
KRISTIN ROBINSON CPA, CA
Director of Finance and Operations
Kristin is from Elfros, Saskatchewan, and is a graduate of the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan. With a major in accounting, Kristin went on to complete her CPA, CA designation in 2014. Prior to joining Moskowitz Capital, she spent eight years in public accounting dealing with all sizes of owner-managed businesses, providing sound financial advice, and acting as a contract controller. Moving to Ontario in 2019, she worked as a CFO of auto a dealership and then joined Moskowitz Capital as the Director of Finance and Operations.

Spencer is from Winnipeg, MB and now resides in Kelowna. He is a University of Manitoba Economics graduate and brings a diverse finance, sales, & marketing background. Previously with a ready-mix concrete supplier, he has maintained a strong network of home builders and real estate developers. Now with Moskowitz Capital, these relationships have evolved to funding land and construction projects across Western Canada. He is also a scratch golfer who has competed in several national amateur championships.
BILL LAWRENCE, MBA
Business Development Specialist
Bill is from Toronto, ON and now resides in Whiterock, BC. He started his professional career in the pharmaceutical sector. He then branched into the hospitality industry in White Rock, BC. During this time, he was also a two-term Councillor for the City of White Rock. Bill has a Bachelor of Science and an MBA.
Maja is from Oakville, Ontario and a graduate from Wilfrid Laurier University’s Financial Mathematics and Business Administration double degree program, specializing in risk management and minoring in statistics. She has a background in commercial and construction surety bonding, along with time spent at the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) and Suncor Energy.
