Deal Spotlight – Saskatoon

Earlier this year, an entrepreneurial couple from Saskatoon approached us to help them fund the renovation of an 18-unit apartment building near their area. The Moskowitz Captial team has had a successful relationship with this couple in the past with previous single family dwelling construction and renovation projects. However, this would be the couple’s first apartment building project which was a big step.

This apartment building was definitely in need of a renovation, and this ambitious couple were ready to take action. With our support, they have been able to commence renovations and start a new journey with this building in hopes to upscale this property for a profit.
