Rooming House Financing

An ambitious borrower set out to obtain financing for a 5,814 sq. ft., 2 ½-story rooming house built in 1926, but faced roadblocks with traditional lenders unwilling to back this unique property. After a hands-on collaboration with the client, Moskowitz Capital approved a $1,500,000 first mortgage to finance the property.
