Purchase Financing

The borrower was looking to purchase the 5 homes which have been renovated to accommodate people with disabilities. The borrower is working with a not-for-profit group to rent out the homes.

They were originally seeking financing with a traditional lender but with the tight deadline too close, they ultimately went with Moskowitz because we were quick to react doing our due diligence, speaking with the borrowers, and conducting a site visit before the funding date.
