Brian Moskowitz, President

Brian founded Moskowitz Capital based on feedback from mortgage and finance brokers that there was a need for a professional and reliable private source of capital that was approachable and solutions oriented.

Brian started his career as an Account Manager with the Scotia Bank subsidiary RoyNat Capital Inc., Canada's largest term lender and merchant bank, where he invested and managed a broad portfolio ranging from transportation to technology. He then joined Quorum Funding as Vice President, Investments, where he sat on Quorum's Technology Advisory Committee combining responsibilities for originating investment opportunities, assessment, negotiating transactions as well as advising investee companies.

Brian also assisted in managing Quorum's $30 million subordinated debt real estate fund. Arriving into the fund after it was already 75% vested, he administered 15 existing real estate investments of which he managed four workouts. His combined IRR was over 20% on the deals he recommended and managed.

As a "common sense" and ethical investor Brian has excellent relationships with all of his borrowers and investors and would go the extra-mile to help any of his stakeholders.

Brian is a professional lender who has a unique mix of high yield private funding experience in both real estate and small business. Brian has handled every aspect of origination, underwriting and management of commercial loans. He has funded over 200 transactions.

Brian has a Hon. B.Sc. from the University of Toronto and an M.B.A. from Dalhousie University  and recently completed the Financial Services Underwriting program at Seneca College. Formally a Contributing Editor to the Profit Magazine (June '01 Sept. '01 Nov. 01 Jan. '02) and venture capital panelist on ROB TV. Moskowitz Capital  is member of Canadian Institute for Mortgage Brokers, Independent Mortgage Brokers Association of Ontario, Moskowitz Capital Management Inc. is registered as a Mortgage Broker Lic #10922 and Mortgage Administrator Lic #11928 by the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Province of Nova Scotia. Moskowitz Capital Mortgage Fund Inc. is registered as a lender by the Saskatchewan Financial Services Commission.

Barry Shafran, CA, President & CEO, Chesswood Income Fund (CHW.UN:TSX)
Barry has extensive management experience. Since 1999 he has managed Chesswood Income Fund, more recently as President and Chief Executive Officer. Chesswood operates four companies, including Pawnee Leasing Corporation, an acknowledged leader in the U.S. small ticket equipment leasing business that originates through independent brokers. Barry previously served as the Director of Business Development and Senior Vice-President of Operations of CryptoLogic Inc. (CRYP: NASDAQ), one of Canada's most profitable public internet businesses.

Don McLauchlin, Vice President of Operations and Client Development, RoyNat Capital
Don is a highly respected expert in commercial finance and entrepreneurship. He is responsible for RoyNat's Canadian and U.S. operations and is also responsible for working with and developing RoyNat's key customers. Since 1962 RoyNat has been providing long term expansion capital and is Canada's largest merchant bank.  RoyNat is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of Nova Scotia.

Milt Moskowitz, President, Moskowitz & Associates
Milt is a highly respected management consultant, combining years of executive experience. He advises a group of brand-name Canadian companies at the strategic level, on issues of corporate development, sales, marketing, and operations. Milt pioneered management consulting in Canada as a Senior Partner at Ernst & Whinney; Stevenson Kellogg Ernst & Whinney (now KPMG Canada). Later becoming President of Eldon Industries Inc. (NYSE) when acquired in 1991 by Rubbermaid and appointed President and GM of the Canadian division of the merged companies. Former Directorships: CryptoLogic Inc.(CRYP: NASDAQ). Cantrex Group Inc.; A Transamerica Co., Rubbermaid Office Products Canada Inc. and HEI Central Finance Ltd. a new division of Husky Energy Inc. (HSE: TSX). Milt is a graduate of the University of Toronto, a
P.Eng. in Chemical Engineering and a FCMC (Fellow, Association of Management Consultants; certified as CMC. Milt is a part time faculty member at Ryerson University where he teaches business strategy and management consulting.

Harvey Solursh, CA
Harvey Solursh, C.A., was a founding partner at Solursh, Feldman & Partners, Chartered Accountants, where he practised for 30 years. Harvey was formerly a director of Fun Technologies (FUN:TSX) and formerly a director and Chief Financial Office of CryptoLogic Inc (CRYP: NASDAQ) and is currently a Director of Fluid Music (FMN:TSX). His areas of expertise include commercial financing, mortgage financing, property management and private placements.

Josh Kaufman, Director Land Development, Smart Centres
Josh Kaufman has 15 years of international experience in construction, land development and urban design. He has worked and lived in Las Vegas, New York and Columbus. Currently he is responsible for overseeing some of the most ambitious commercial development projects for Canada's largest and most-active retail developer and operator, Smart Centres. Josh is a graduate of University of Western Ontario and has earned a Masters Degree in Urban Planning from Ohio State University.

Mark Rivkin
Mark Rivkin is a highly respected Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, Venture Capitalist and Real Estate Investor. He currently owns and operates QT Inc., a real estate and venture capital firm located in Toronto, Canada. In 1995, Mark Rivkin co-founded Cryptologic, the world's first online gambling software company. Its co-founders, Mark Rivkin and Andrew Rivkin, designed the original software to offer users the ability to play online casino games and to handle millions of online financial transactions simultaneously.  CryptoLogic Inc.
